Snake River Basin Business Association, Inc.

Mission Statement

"To empower Native American small businesses and micro-businesses through advocacy and education, including the promotion of "Buy Indian" products and services; and to assist in community and economic development efforts that will promote self-sufficiency on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation and the Snake River Basin Region."

SRBBA

The Snake River Basin Business Association started as a grass roots community organization in late 2004, establishing our charter and Bylaws in April of 2005 with about 25 community members participating.  Since that time, we have changed from a membership organization to a supporter and services driven organization.

In 2007 we received our non-profit status from the Internal Revenue Services, and have been pursuing grants to provide services to our community.

Richard Lenon Jr. is the SRBBA Board Vice-Chairman and Business Owner, and Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Member.

Robert Perry Jr. is the SRBBA Board Secretary/Treasurer, is a Business Owner and a Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Member

Richard Thompson is the Executive Director of SRBBA, a founding member, Business Owner and Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Member.
